2. What this website is
This website describes the sourcing, merchandising, quality assurance and shipment services TSL provides. TSL is a sourcing and buying house. We do not own or operate garment manufacturing facilities. Production is carried out by independent partner factories with whom we place and manage orders on behalf of our customers.
Information on this site is provided for general guidance. Product capabilities, capacities, lead times and indicative terms describe what is typically achievable across our partner network. They are not an offer and do not form part of any contract until confirmed in writing for a specific programme.
3. Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. Any costing, lead time or sample plan we provide in response is indicative and remains subject to:
- confirmation of final specifications, fabric, trims and artwork;
- factory capacity at the time of order placement;
- yarn, fabric and trim prices at the time of order placement;
- agreement of commercial terms in writing.
A binding agreement arises only when we and you have signed or confirmed an order in writing.
4. Material you send us
You may send us technical packs, specifications, artwork, patterns, samples and similar material. By sending it, you confirm that you own it or are authorised to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
You keep ownership of your material. We use it only to quote for and produce your order, and we share it with partner factories, mills and suppliers to the extent needed to do so. We treat it as confidential and do not use it for any other customer.
If either of us needs stronger confidentiality protection before technical material changes hands, we are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement first.
5. Our content
The text, photographs, layout and design of this website belong to TSL or are used with permission. You may view, download and print pages for the purpose of evaluating or working with us. You may not republish, sell or systematically copy any part of the site without our written permission.
6. Third-party names and certification marks
Names of certification schemes, standards and audit programmes referred to on this site are the trademarks of the organisations that own them. Certifications and audit results referred to are held by the individual partner factories concerned, in their own names — not by Together Sourcing Limited. Scope varies by facility and by programme, and we confirm applicable coverage for each order. Certificate copies are issued in the certifying facility's name and are available on request.
Any retailer or brand name shown on this site is the property of its owner and is referred to for identification only. Unless expressly stated otherwise, such a reference describes the professional experience of members of our management team and does not imply a current supply relationship, endorsement or affiliation.

Where this site links to another website, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or its handling of your information.
8. Availability and accuracy
We try to keep the site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
We take reasonable care over the accuracy of the information published here. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for decisions taken solely in reliance on website content rather than on terms confirmed in writing for your order.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, and in relation to your use of this website only, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data.
Liability in connection with goods and services we supply is governed by the agreement for the relevant order, not by these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from your use of this website.
