Our Story
50+ years of sourcing discipline.
Together Sourcing Limited began trading in 2022, but the decision behind it was made much earlier.
Our management spent close to fifty years inside Bangladesh's ready-made garment sector — in merchandising rooms, on inspection floors, in fabric mills and in the uncomfortable meetings that follow a failed shipment. Over that time a pattern became obvious. Buyers rarely lose money because a factory cannot sew. They lose money because nobody told them early enough that the fabric was late, the fit was wrong, or the factory had quietly subcontracted their order.
We built this company around closing that gap. The name was deliberate. "Together" is how the relationship has to work: our margin depends on your programme repeating, so there is nothing to gain from a shipment that ships on time but arrives wrong.
Today we operate from Dhaka with a network of associate factories covering knit, woven and sweater production. We work in both directions — sourcing production for overseas buyers, and representing factories to buyers who need capacity they can trust.
We are a young company. We would rather be judged on how the first order goes than on how long we have been trading.

Thank you for taking the time to look at our company.
I have spent most of my working life in Bangladesh's garment industry, and I started Together Sourcing Limited in 2022 to do this work the way I always thought it should be done.
This is a demanding business. Buyers face compressing lead times, tighter margins and stricter compliance expectations every season, and they are asked to manage all of it from thousands of miles away. What they need from a partner in Dhaka is not another layer of correspondence. They need someone on the ground who understands their product, tells them the truth about their order, and takes responsibility when something slips.
That is the standard I hold this company to. We work with factories we have visited and vetted. We quote prices we can hold. When a problem appears — and in this industry problems appear — we bring it to the buyer with options attached, not excuses.
I take professionalism seriously, and I take our customers' trust more seriously still. Our customers are the reason this company exists, and every order we accept is a commitment we intend to honour in full.
