2. What we collect
Information you give us.When you submit an enquiry or request a quote, we collect your name, company name, work email address, country, product category, indicative order quantity, and any details you include in your message. If you send us a tech pack, specification, artwork or sample brief, we receive whatever that document contains.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of visit.
What we do not collect. We do not knowingly collect special category data (health, religion, political opinion, biometric data), and we do not collect information from anyone under 18. Please do not include such information in enquiry messages.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

4. Who we share it with
We share personal information only where it is necessary:
- Partner factories, mills and trim suppliers, so that your enquiry or order can be quoted and produced. We share the technical and commercial detail required, and we ask suppliers to keep it confidential.
- Freight forwarders, inspection agencies and testing laboratories, where a shipment or test requires it.
- Service providers who host this website, provide our email, and support our IT systems.
- Professional advisers, auditors and authorities, where we are required to disclose.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
5. Where your information goes
TSL operates from Bangladesh, and our partner factories are located in Bangladesh. If you contact us from the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area or another region with data transfer restrictions, your information will be transferred to and stored in Bangladesh.
Bangladesh has not been recognised by the UK or the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection. Where we transfer personal information from the UK or EEA, we rely on:
- Standard Contractual Clauses with our processors where these are in place; and
- Article 49(1)(b) of the UK/EU GDPR, which permits transfers necessary for the performance of a contract with you or for pre-contractual steps taken at your request — which covers enquiries you send us.

6. How long we keep it

7. Your rights
If you are in the UK or EEA, you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- have inaccurate information corrected;
- ask us to delete information where there is no ongoing reason for us to keep it;
- ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it where we rely on legitimate interests;
- receive information you provided to us in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent.

If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
8. Security
We restrict access to enquiry data to staff who need it, use reputable hosted email and website providers, and require confidentiality from the factories and suppliers we share specifications with. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us over the internet.
Commercially sensitive material — tech packs, costings, designs — is treated as confidential and is not shared beyond the suppliers required to quote or produce your order.
9. Cookies
If the site uses only strictly necessary cookies, state: This website uses only cookies that are necessary for the site to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
