How We Work

Send a tech pack, a reference sample, or photographs with a target price and quantity. We review feasibility against our network and come back with an honest read: whether we can make it, an indicative price bracket, a realistic MOQ and a sampling timeline.

If it is not a good fit for us, this is the stage where we say so.

We source fabric and trim options, develop the pattern, and produce a proto sample. From there move through fit correction to an approved pre-production sample.

You receive samples with a written development note explaining what changed and why. Where we have suggested an alternative fabric or construction to hit your cost target, the reasoning comes with it.

You get a line-by-line breakdown: fabric, trim, CM, packing, and our service fee shown separately. Nothing is buried.

Once you approve and issue the PO, we book the production slot and place raw material orders the same week. Yarn and fabric bookings are the single most common cause of delay in Bangladesh, so we do not wait.

Production runs with line-level tracking. You receive a weekly report covering cutting, sewing and finishing progress against plan, with photographs from the floor and any inline QA findings.

If we fall behind plan, you hear it in that week's report, not in the one before shipment.

Our QA team inspects during sewing, not only at the end. Final inspection is to AQL 2.5 as standard, or to your protocol where you have one. Reports go to you with photographs, including failures.

Third-party inspection is welcome at any stage. We will coordinate it and give the inspector full access.

We handle export documentation, consolidate multi-factory orders into a single shipment, and dispatch by sea or air to your forwarder's instruction.

After delivery we stay on the account for repeats, revisions and reorders. Second orders run against the approved specification, which means faster sampling and less of your time.
